Kilminster Equestrian is very proud to offer a totally bespoke service to clients.
The services offered include:
Lessons - 1-1 tuition, small group training (maximum of 4 persons per group), dressage, showjumping, cross country and showing technique.
General - Nationwide travel, local arena's/courses can be hired on behalf of clients as required, lectures, demonstrations, performances, grooming services, training available 7 days a week with hours to suit you. Nervous riders a speciality.
Specialist competition - Your horse competed on your behalf, training on a weekly basis for the required discipline, as much involvement as you like, I can travel with your horse to the event or meet you there.
Specialist - Schooling and re-schooling, presentations/ staff training, natural horsemanship techniques.
Courses (when available - see calendar of events page) - BHS Stages 1-AI, BHS Horse Owners course (all levels), BHS PTT, Stable Management.

Other (Please note that all exams undertaken are paid by the client, NOT Kilminster Equestrian.)

Theory/stable management: £15 per person per session - sessions approximately 1.5hrs long.

Exam training theory only: £18 per person per session - sessions approximately 2hrs long.

Exam training including ridden training: £20 per person per session - sessions approximately 2hrs long, 1hr theory 1hr ridden.
Schooling/Exercising:

Exercising (Hacking) : £25.00 per 30 minutes

Schooling (Arena) : £40.00 45 minutes

Lunging : £25.00 per 30 minutes
Important Note: PLEASE BE READY TO COMMENCE YOUR SESSION AT THE BOOKED TIME. Due to the nature of freelance there is a lot of organisation of travelling between clients, should you be late for whatever reason, I will still need to finish your session on the scheduled time, as running over will put other clients times out and it is unfair on them. You will still be charged the full price of your session. If you choose to use part of your sessions as a warm up, this is fine, as too is already being in the arena warmed up ready. If I have time issues due to traffic or similar, I will of course complete your booked time, if you are unable to run over and I have been late, your session will be charged at a reduced appropriate rate.
ALL PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF VAT.
Booking Conditions
Cancellations will be charged at 50% of the full price within 24hrs of booked session.
All bookings for clinics require a 20% non-refundable deposit.
Should severe weather conditions prevail which deems it too dangerous to ride, and no other options are available, then the cancellation fee will be waived. The severe conditions include: Extremely high gusty winds, Torrential rain, Arena flooding, Thunder and/or Lightening, Ice/snow.
Cancellations MUST be made by telephone as the email is not always available to check, please do not text. If you do not contact me, and I arrive for training, you will be liable to pay 100% of the charge.
Should I be unable to attend a booked session, you will be contacted as soon as possible, no charge will be made
Payment is to be made at the session . no credit given.
Payment is by cash, cheque or bank transfer. No cheques will be accepted after December 2011.
